The rental agreement will be a month-to-month term. Your first rent payment is prorated. Going forward, rent will always be due on the first of each month.
No. We keep additional fees to a minimum. There are no administration fees. There is no deposit required to rent a storage unit. We hope and anticipate tenants will leave their space in ready to rent condition.
All lease contracts are month to month, however we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.
Yes, we require that all tenants carry insurance to cover their belongings. A tenant must provide proof of insurance (declaration page from homeowner policy) or talk with our staff about insurance options offered through tenant protection.
